Pamela S. Specht, CIC — President

Pamela is a 1979 Graduate of Muhlenberg College. She joined Specht in
1979 and in 1986 became President of the Company. Pam hold her license in property & pasualty and earned her CIC (Certified Insurance
Counselor) designation in 1990. She is also on the Board of Directors
for The Maxwell Football Club and The Amoore Group, Inc. (Non-Profit).
Pam has one son, Justin A. Sands, who lives in Arizona and works out
of the Arizona office. In her off time, Pam enjoys visiting family in
Florida & Arizona.

Patricia A. Ellis — Finance/Operations Manager

Patti is married to Dwayne Ellis and has 3 step-children, Jason, Adria and Sara. She joined the Specht Insurance Group, Ltd family in 1987.

She has 30 years of Accounting experience and 21 years of Insurance experience. Patti is licensed as a Property and Casualty Agent and is a Notary Public. Patti continues to improve her skills by taking classes to satisfy her Continuing Education Credits to maintain her Property & Casualty License adn Notary Public.

She volunteers at her church and has taught 4th Grade CCD religion class for 12 years.

Her hobbies include cooking, horseback riding and traveling. She loves spending time with her family and her 2 Bichon Frise dogs, Bailey & Lola.

Cindy L. Eck, CISR — Commercial Lines Manager

Cindy has been working at Specht Insurance Group, Ltd. in the commercial lines department since 1994. She obtained her license in 2005 and her CISR designation in 1998. Currently she is working to obtain her CIC designation.

She is married to Keith Eck and they have three children, Chad (33), Kevin (30) and Nicole (24). They have two cats, Snickers and Buddy. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with friends and family.

Nicole L. Eck — Project/Account Manager

Nicole has been working at Specht Insurance Group, Ltd. since 1999 and obtained her insurance license in 2005. She joined Specht on a full-time basis in 2006 upon graduation from Millersville University with a B.A. in Economics. Nicole obtained both her Life and Health license and CISR designation in 2006. Currently she is working to obtain her CIC designation.

Outside of the office Nicole enjoys playing softball and spending time with friends and family. She is currently planning her October 2009 wedding.

Laura A.DiScala — Commercial Lines Acccount Executive

Laura has worked in the insurance business since graduating from Daniel Boone High School in 1992. She recently joined Specht Insurance Group, Ltd in February 2008 after several years of working for her family owned business DiScala’s Pizza in Birdsboro. Since joining Specht, Laura has obtained her Property and Casualty license and will soon start working towards her CISR designation.

Away from Specht Insurance, Laura enjoys spending time with family and friends. She also enjoys reading and has one pet, a cat named Willie.

Michelle L. Sweisfort — Personal Lines Account Executive

Michelle joined Specht Insurance Group, Ltd. in 2005. She has been licensed in Property and Casualty for ten years. In 2007 she obtained both her Life and Health license and CISR designation.

In her free time, Michelle volunteers as a Girl Scout leader for the Boyertown Service Unit. She is married to Troy Sweisfort and they have two daughters Candice and Avery. Her hobbies include camping, reading and playing tennis. Michelle also enjoys spending time with her friends and family.

Virginia L. Dorrell — Account Executive

Ginny joined Specht Insurance in 2003 coming to us with twenty-seven years experience in the insurance industry. She obtained her license in 2005 and is currently working to obtain her CISR designation.

She is the mother of three daughters, ages 39, 37 and 33. In addition, she has fourteen grandchildren. Outside of the office, Ginny enjoys reading, sports and trips to the shore and mountains. She has one cat, Baby, and a yellow parakeet, Chatterbox.

Victoria A. Morici — Personal Lines Customer Service Agent

Vicky joined Specht Insurance Group, Ltd in 1995 with a long history in the insurance industry. She worked on the company side of the business for twenty-three years prior to joining our agency. Her experience is in all areas of insurance including Commercial Lines, Personal Lines and Financial Services. Vicky’s knowledge and dedication in the industry provide our clients with excellent customer service.

Outside of Specht, Vicky serves as an organist in a local church and is the mother of a 7-pound Chihuahua, Chi-Chi and a 6-pound Lhasapoo, Gin-Gin.

Adria Z. Ellis — Assistant Finance Manager

Adria Z. Ellis is a full time college student and works at Specht Insurance Group, Ltd. part time during the school year and full time during the summer assisting the Finance Manager. Adria has been working with Specht Insurance for a little over a year.

Adria graduated last year from Lebanon Catholic High School and was awarded the Most Improved Student Award and elected into the National Honor Society! She participated in marching band, choir, cheerleading, softball and the respect for life club.

Adria’s hobbies include, horseback ridding, spending time with her family and friends and spending time with her crazy Bichons. She also finds time to assist with CCD classes in her church.

Denise L. Trout — Customer Service Associate

Denise joined Specht Insurance Group, Ltd. in 2003 after working at Saville’s Diner for twenty-five years. Her duties still remain the same in that she is still serving customers in her positions as a Receptionist and Customer Service Associate.

She is the mother of four children, Roger (26), Amanda (23) and twins Carissa and Kelly (19). Denise also became a grandmother last summer to her granddaughter Riley. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family, especially Riley.

Justin A. Sands — Sales Executive

Justin is a 2005 Graduate of the University At Albany and President
of Arizona operation. In 2007 he obtained his P&C License. Justin is
engaged to Bethanie Mattek (a Pro Tennis Player) and enjoys hunting,
fishing and watching Tennis Tournaments.

Kathy P. Bartle — Sales Executive

Kathy is a Licensed LPN and has her Real Estate, Property & Casualty
and Life, Accident & Health Licenses. She is also a Republican
Committee Woman and Judge of Elections. Kathy has two daughters, one
son and one grandson. Her husband, Frank Bartle, is an attorney and is
a founding partner of Dischell, Bartle, Yanoff & Dooley.
